Before someone shows up here and starts badgering me to not share account information, I never have, nor will share, any of my account information with anyone, ever. Doing so is just a stupid act, and those who do, deserve the consequences if they are scammed.
This however, is a legitimate hacker alert for the benefit of the entire Dofus community.
I play on 3 separate accounts, and all three have been hacked in the last couple of months or so. Keep an eye on the current and past IP address of your connection each time you log in, and if anything suspicious shows up, report it. The IP address that accessed my account was 123.115.3.207, an address based in China at the location "CNCGROUP Beijing Province Network" I have reported these events to the proper folks. My thoughts are a key-logging program is present and a programmed hacking system has been developed. Again, each of my accounts was hacked some time after the other, and tonight my friends account was also hacked. Items removed include: all equipped items, my mount, all kamas, both from inventory and bank, as well as a small list of other things. This has been a consistent pattern, but other than this, nothing else went missing.
I could not find any keylogging programs installed on my computer, but one could still be present. I've attempted wiping my computer changing IP addresses, changing my password, anything, and none have worked to keep this problem at bay.
I haven't heard anything back from Ankama, nor can I think of anything else that could help you all to keep this problem from showing up, but hopefully staying informed will help you keep an eye out for suspicious activity, and report it if it becomes a problem.
